If someone actually built this and ran it for three months at a two-attorney firm in, say, Phoenix, I would want to see the before/after on Monday morning triage time. Not "attorney saved 4 hours a week" in a pull quote. The actual log: how many calls came in after 6pm, how many turned into consults, how many of those conflicts were real catches. One real docket from a real firm, with the attorney's bar number and city, not a screenshot of demo data.

And I would need to understand how the conflict sync actually works with Clio. I run Clio. The integration page says "nightly sync." Does that mean if I add a new matter at 4pm it does not sync until midnight? Because a conflict check that is 24 hours stale is a risk, not a feature.

## What I'd ask in an email reply

1. The page says the clerk "learns your house style in one calibration call." How many attorneys have actually done that calibration, and how long before the morning briefs stopped needing corrections? I want a number, not a testimonial.

2. Louisiana State Bar has its own unauthorized-practice rules and the ABA model rules are persuasive but not controlling here. Has outside ethics counsel reviewed this for Louisiana specifically, or is the ethics review general?

3. The free week guarantee -- "no invoice if the partner does not see a ready-to-sign matter on the desk by Friday" -- what happens if calls come in but none of them qualify? Is the week still billable? What is the definition of "ready to sign"?

## Verdict: on-the-fence

The product as described is genuinely the right answer to a real problem I have. The execution details -- conflict check, no-fee-quoting discipline, flagged matters routed not booked -- show somebody who understands legal intake. But the fine print reveals this is a strategy kit, not a running service, and the page earns that trust and then spends it on a bait-and-switch that is technically honest but structurally deceptive. I would reply to a cold outreach if someone actually built and launched this. I would not pay $5 for the dossier today.
